Post Form Follow Ups
After you submit a form, one of three things will happen:
Form is Approved
Your form has been approved by each stage and has been submitted. You will receive a PDF copy of your form at this stage.
Form is Denied
Your form has been denied. An explanation will be attached to your form stating why it was denied.
User Input Required
You may need to provide extra information to our approval staff or correct information on your original form. Follow the link provided in the email for instructions.
